Curious by nature, Passionate by design.
Ciao! I’m Emily Cleary, a New York native living in Miami. By day, I create meaningful and memorable experiences through UX Research and Strategy, and I teach UX Design courses at various universities nationwide. By night and weekend, I’m a musician (singer, songwriter, entertainer). 24/7, 365 - I’m inquisitive and probably eating a mango.
I spent most of my young days playing piano and singing, competing in spelling bees, using dial-up and floppy discs, and coding DIV layouts on MySpace until 5:00 AM.
These days, I’m here to make things clear through design thinking. I combine my sociological and business perspective with the fundamentals of UX Design to make an impact on people and products. I even run nonsensical polls on my Instagram stories just for the fun of it.
